The Organizational Excellence (OE) Compensation Intern will support key compensation activities with a strong focus on writing, organizing information, and building clear HR communications. This role will help create and refine job descriptions, prepare compensation materials, and assist with administrative tasks that keep processes running smoothly. Additional responsibilities include compiling HR data, preparing reports, supporting personnel action processing, and contributing to special compensation projects. The intern will work closely with the Compensation team, OE staff, the Intern Cohort, and employees across the agency. This position will start on May 15th and will end on August 7th 2026. Salary will be dependent upon education level: Undergraduate (Junior or Senior) - $19.50/hour Graduate Student - $21.00/hour
