Textron Specialized Vehicles markets products under several different brands. Its vehicles are found in environments ranging from golf courses to factories, airports to planned communities, and theme parks to hunting preserves. Responsibilities: Oversee the design, administration, and governance of compensation programs, including base pay, incentives, job evaluation, and market pricing, ensuring alignment with business strategy and Textron corporate standards. Partner with HR Business Partners, Talent Acquisition, and business leaders to advise on compensation decisions related to hiring, promotions, talent movement, retention, and workforce planning. Lead annual compensation cycles, including merit/GWI planning, incentive planning and payouts, Pay‑for‑Performance programs, and promotional increase processes. Conduct market pricing and competitive analysis using external surveys and internal data to ensure internal equity and external competitiveness. Provide strategic consultation and guidance to leaders on complex and confidential compensation matters, applying sound judgment and policy interpretation. Develop, maintain, and enhance compensation philosophies, policies, and processes to support organizational effectiveness and consistency across the business. Analyze compensation data and trends to support organizational design, workforce planning, and pay equity initiatives. Ensure compliance with compensation policies, governance standards, and applicable regulations, including support for audits and enterprise reviews. Represent TSV in enterprise compensation forums and working groups to benchmark programs, share best practices, and support continuous improvement. Foster talent development by supporting career path planning, management of performance objectives, engagement, training, and onboarding of new hires.
