Under the supervision of the Senior Director of Financial Compliance & Risk Management, the Compliance Administrative Assistant primary role is to support the organization’s compliance and tax-related obligations by assisting with federal, state, and local regulatory filings. This role is responsible for preparing, tracking, and maintaining a variety of compliance submissions, including property tax filings, unclaimed property (escheatment) filings, income tax support documentation, and property tax exemption applications. The position requires strong attention to detail, excellent organizational skills, and the ability to manage multiple deadlines across jurisdictions. The Compliance Administrative Assistant coordinates with Finance and other departments as needed and provides administrative support to the Senior Director of Financial Compliance and the Compliance team. The role is expected to consistently demonstrate professionalism and a commitment to high-quality internal customer service.
