Role & Responsibilities As Compliance Analyst, you’ll ensure that compliance is not just an afterthought, but a core part of how we design, build, and scale. You’ll bring structure, foresight, and creativity to embed compliance into our SaaS solutions. Your work will directly impact client trust and regulatory readiness in a fast-moving SaaS environment. Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in business administration, software engineering, or related disciplines
  • 3–5 years in compliance, risk management, or audit in SaaS or highly regulated industries
  • Familiarity with HIPAA, SOC2, ISO standards, and GDPR/Canadian privacy regulations
  • Skilled with tools like Excel, Power BI, Jira, and compliance tracking platforms
  • Knowledge of HL7, FHIR, and encryption protocols for data at rest and in transit
  • Comfortable operating across North American and global regulatory environment
  • Must be located in and legally authorized to work in the United States.

Nice To Haves

  • Understanding of SaaS, software development, and product management practices
  • Direct experience in software development or product management

Responsibilities

  • Partner with product managers and engineers to ensure compliance is built in to products, workflows, and infrastructure
  • Translate complex regulatory requirements into product-friendly guidance
  • Monitor compliance with Canadian, U.S., and European standards, including HIPAA, SOC2, ISO, and GDPR
  • Lead and support audit processes, coordinating with internal stakeholders and external auditors
  • Proactively influence organizational compliance
  • Conduct risk assessments and draft reports with prioritized remediation plans
  • Analyze and align AOT’s systems with data protection protocols (encryption, messaging, storage)
  • Please note that this role is regularly required to collaborate across multiple time zones – e.g., IST, CET (about 8 hours per week).
