Role Responsibilities: The Compliance Coordinator is assigned to properties with affordable housing compliance and is responsible for ensuring all properties within their region are in compliance with federal, state, and county regulations. This position works closely with other members of the Compliance Department as well as other Operational Departments to ensure smooth flow of operations and works out of multiple worksites.
