The Compliance Director is responsible for overseeing the design, implementation, and continuous improvement of the organization’s Compliance Program. This role ensures adherence to applicable laws, regulations, internal policies, and industry standards while fostering an ethical culture and supporting sound riskâmanagement practices. The Director provides strategic and operational leadership across compliance functions, including policy governance, monitoring and testing, training, investigations, reporting, and risk assessment. This position partners closely with Legal, HR, Operations, IT, and Internal Audit.
