The Role We’re seeking a detail-oriented Compliance Intern to support product, chemical, and export compliance activities. This role provides hands on experience with regulatory documentation, supplier data collection, and compliance systems working directly with our Corporate Compliance Manager.

Requirements

• Working toward an undergraduate bachelor's degree in Business, Supply Chain, Engineering, Chemistry, Legal Studies, or related field.
• Minimum GPA of 3.0.
• Strong attention to detail and ability to work with technical data.
• Proficient with Microsoft Office; experience with SharePoint or ERP systems is a plus.
• Strong communication and organizational skills.

Responsibilities

• Assist with product and process compliance updates, certifications, and audit support.
• Help maintain export documentation, ECCN/Schedule B codes, and SDS/dangerous goods requirements.
• Support compliance data updates in Epicor, AES, and ACE systems.
• Assist with REACH, RoHS, conflict minerals, and supplier outreach for chemical compliance.
• Organize and track supplier chemical compliance data.
• Support RoHS initiatives, including exemption updates and non compliant part reviews.
• Maintain and update the Compliance SharePoint site.
• Review and update FAR/DFAR reporting to make it easier for Sales to use.
• Assist with customer screening in Visual Compliance and resolve false hits.
