About The Position

Provides support to organizational, compliance, safety, and operational efficiency by maintaining policies, managing regulatory requirements, and overseeing key workplace processes. It also helps foster a positive team environment and supports onboarding to ensure a smooth employee experience.

Responsibilities

  • Monitor vendor and procurement policies across the organization.
  • Ensure clear communication and compliance with policies governing expenses, travel, approvals, signature authority, and SOPs.
  • Assist with company-wide compliance of legal, regulatory, and governmental requirements.
  • Serve as Safety Champion and be the point of contact for workplace standards training safety incident management, workers compensation, and regulatory standards.
  • Maintain insurance policies, coverage, and terms to safeguard organizational interests.
  • Identify and recommend cost-saving opportunities.
  • Foster a positive, engaging, and collaborative work environment. Promote a cohesive team culture that supports employee satisfaction and productivity.
  • Support onboarding logistics (e.g., new hire paperwork, insurance, credit cards, housing agreements).
