As Compliance Program Director, you’ll own the day-to-day execution and continuous improvement of Wisetack’s compliance management system across the lending lifecycle. This is a hands-on leadership role for someone who can move quickly, make sound calls, and turn regulation into practical controls that work for a two-sided business: home services merchants using financing to win and complete bigger jobs, and consumers using clear, transparent pay-over-time options for repairs and upgrades. You’ll sit at the center of merchant onboarding, marketing oversight, application and disclosure flows, servicing, complaints, collections, partner oversight, and product change management. Wisetack publicly emphasizes fair and transparent financial products, customer-first thinking, acting fast, and ownership; this role is responsible for making those values real as the business scales. Success in this role looks like a program that stays credible under growth and scrutiny: risk assessments are current and tied to monitoring priorities, reporting helps leaders and partner banks act quickly, issues are remediated with clear ownership, and BSA/AML and OFAC controls remain well documented, monitored, and easy to defend.
