Requirements

  • 5-7 years of relevant experience in program management within compliance or risk domains.
  • Proven track record of delivering complex, cross-functional programs on time.
  • Experience managing hardware compliance programs and working with technical teams.
  • Bachelor's degree in business, engineering, or a related technical field.
  • Strong understanding of regulatory requirements and their impact on products.
  • Excellent program management skills including planning, execution, and reporting.
  • Strong communication skills to engage with diverse teams and stakeholders.
  • Proficiency with program management tools (e.g., Jira, Asana) and data tools.

Responsibilities

  • Manage multi-phase compliance programs from planning through implementation and monitoring.
  • Drive execution across Legal, Product, Engineering, Hardware, Operations, and Marketing teams.
  • Identify and resolve blockers, manage dependencies, and escalate strategic decisions.
  • Translate complex regulatory requirements into actionable work plans and specifications.
  • Execute regulatory strategies defined by senior leadership with practical insights.
  • Manage compliance lifecycle for hardware and in-store technologies.
  • Implement compliance frameworks and playbooks tailored to specific program needs.
  • Establish program governance mechanisms and maintain program documentation.
  • Provide guidance and training on compliance requirements to cross-functional teams.
