Job Summary: As a Compliance, Conduct and Operational Risk (CCOR) Customer Service, Lending & Card Operations Compliance Risk Management Lead – Vice President, you will provide independent oversight, assessment, and challenge of the processes, risks, and controls across Consumer and Community Banking (CCB) Operations for Customer Service, Lending & Card Operations. You will execute responsibilities under the CCOR Framework and serve as a key point of contact for operational risk and regulatory compliance matters. This role requires deep knowledge of consumer regulations and the ability to collaborate across departments to enable business success in a controlled and compliant manner.
