About The Position

Job Summary The Line Loader is responsible for accurately loading mixers per batching sheet requirements and recording lot and part numbers. Essential Functions: To perform this job successfully, an individual must be able to perform each essential job duty listed below satisfactorily. Supervisory Responsibilities: None Second Shift : Monday to Friday: 2:00 pm to 10:30 pm (Occasional Overtime and weekends) Duties/Responsibilities/Accountabilities: Must clearly understand the MRC batching process and different types of Raw Materials. Loads mixers as per Batching Sheet recording Lot Numbers and Part Numbers Reports any inconsistencies between the RM Screens and the Batching sheets to the Supervisor Continuously inspect the dryer to ensure material is being dried; create a Work Order if it malfunctions. Responsible for draining materials from mixers. Maintain a clean and safe work area. Create transfer tickets when needed. Assist team members when needed. Must attend all required training sessions Drive a culture of continuous improvement through the support of business and process improvements. Other duties as assigned, including general housekeeping. Required Skills/Abilities: Excellent interpersonal skills. Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail. Excellent time management skills with the proven ability to meet deadlines. Must have the ability to add, subtract, multiply, and divide in all units of measure using whole numbers and common fractions. Strong analytical and problem-solving skills. Strong understanding of applicable Occupational Safety and Health Administration requirements and other related safety policies and best practices. Must have reliable transportation. Education and Experience: High School Diploma or equivalent required. 6 months to 1 year or more of experience in related field required. 1 or more years of sit-down propane forklift experience required. Work Environment: This job operates inside a warehouse/dock area where the temperature may vary. Physical Demands : Prolonged periods of standing per shift. Must be able to lift up to 40 pounds. Must be able to maneuver facility on unforgiving surfaces. Must be able to work in hot and cold climates and in an environment with many noises and odors. Must be able to wear Personal Protective Equipment (PPE) such as ear plugs, safety vest, hard hat, steel toe shoes, gloves, and other job-specific required PPE.
