We are seeking a curious, independent Computer Systems Analyst in our Columbia office with experience coordinating and managing the installation of computer applications and updates for a medium-sized business. Job Description: Oversee the planning, implementation, and maintenance of System Center Configuration Manager (SCCM), including: Lead design and deployment of SCCM infrastructure Configure SCCM for endpoint imaging, software distribution, and patch management Rigorously test and adjust Microsoft Windows-based software applications and integrations to ensure a stable, efficient, and pleasant working environment for company employees Strategically plan software maintenance windows, accounting for the needs and schedules of company employees Ensure compliance with current industry security standards Coordinate with vendors in troubleshooting, upgrading, and maintain existing software systems Develop creative and engaging material for training other staff on basic usage of the law firm's software and information services Provide technical support to attorneys as a member of an evening/weekend on-call rotation Team Requirements: Analyst must be able to work independently, involving, but not limited to: Following and creating technical documentation Evaluating new software and hardware systems for possible inclusion into Turner Padget's information systems Completing software deployments during maintenance windows Support end users through creative solutions to everyday impediments Coordinate with vendors in troubleshooting, upgrading, and maintain existing software systems Recognize that the analyst's customers are the attorneys and staff of the law firm, and to be able to adapt according to their needs Be personable, pleasant, and clear in speaking to end users and business project owners when affirming business practices or assisting with technical issues Technical Requirements: Bachelor's degree or 3 years work-related experience
