Overview of position: We are looking for a Computer Systems Engineer Architect– Subject Matter Expert to work in Washington DC An active Top Secret/ SCI and a United States Citizenship is required to be considered for this position. This is an upcoming opportunity contingent on contract award.

Requirements

At least 8-10 years of experience interpreting complex requirements; and designing, developing, and implementing applications systems and components using Microsoft Development Tools (. NET, MVC)
Bachelor’s degree in computer science, related field, or related experience
Active Top Secret/ SCI clearance is required.
Must be a United States Citizen and pass a background check.
Maintain applicable security clearance(s) at the level required by the client and/or applicable certification(s) as requested by FEDITC and/or required by FEDITC’S Client(s)/Customer(s)/Prime contractor(s).

Nice To Haves

Formal training in .NET programming practices is preferred

Responsibilities

Experiencing in the architectural design of software development
Managed and led enterprise wide software development efforts
Demonstrated experience and abilities creating, modifying, maintaining, testing, and implementing complex software applications
Possess a strong understanding of Object-oriented design (OOD)
Has strong experience developing application using the Agile methodology
Flexible, highly motivated, self-starter who is able to handle multiple projects
Good oral and written communication skills
