About The Position

Design , develop, implement and maintain Data Centers virtualization software solutions . Design and develop enterprise solutions across colocations, data centers, and cloud environments. Evaluate and incorporate emerging technologies into the virtualization software solutions to enhance s ystem performance and resource efficiency . Evaluate virtualization software solutions vigilantly to reduce systems complexity while maintaining robust cybersecurity measures. determine need for enhancements. Monitor virtualization software performance and resolve any issues. Monitor tools that provide critical insights into workloads, depletion of resources, and peak loads of servers. Ensure data accessibility and security. Test and troubleshoot hardware and software issues for effective resolution that resolves root causes. Assess network and server architecture for efficiency, improvements, or upgrades. Create and maintain detailed documentation of the data center s virtualization software, hypervisors, interfaces, layout, system, and processes. Test and troubleshoot hardware and software issues for effective resolution that resolves root causes. Assess network and server architecture for efficiency, improvements, or upgrades. Requirements

  • Active Top Secret/ Sensitive Compartmented Information (TS/SCI) clearance with ability to obtain a Poly.
  • Minimum of 8 years relevant experience with a Bachelor’s degree ( Master’s degree and 6 years of rel evant experience ; High School Diploma and 12 years of relevant experience ) .
  • VMware Certified Professional - Data Center Virtualization
  • Proven work experience providing Data Center virtualization software solutions .
  • Experience working in cloud environment s.
  • US Citizenship is t o hold this clearance.

Nice To Haves

  • Active TS/SCI with Poly clearances.
  • VMware Certified Advanced Professional - Data Center Virtualization Design
  • Exper ience in enterprise IT infrastructure, cloud solutions, and colocation services.
  • A nalytical skills for cost-benefit analysis and IT strategy development.
  • ITIL or other applicable professional certifications.
  • Familiarity with commercial off-the-shelf (COTS) solutions and their integration into enterprise environments.
  • Knowledge of tools such as Microsoft Office Suite , Visio , and Salesforce software .
