About The Position

The Manager, Clinical Applications - Development and Engineering, plays a vital role in Concentra's IT organization by ensuring that all software systems are reliable and efficient. This position is critical for maintaining high service levels which directly contribute to user satisfaction across the organization. This candidate will be responsible for the management of the Electronic Health Record, Practice Management, and other clinically oriented applications and resource teams that support Concentra’s business needs. The Manager will have responsibility to deliver overall planning, management and completion of IT projects associated with these systems. By leading a dedicated team of applications administrators and software engineers, this manager ensures that technical challenges are addressed promptly, minimizing downtime and enhancing productivity. Furthermore, this role aligns with Concentra's strategic goals by fostering a culture of continuous improvement within the IT department, ultimately supporting operational excellence's Clinical Applications Manager and will work side-by-side with the managers and business leaders to design and implement specific projects.

8+ years of experience in design/configuration and implementing healthcare software solutions
