Requirements

• Must be at least 18 years old
• Full weekend availability is required
• Prior experience in food service or restaurant management
• Strong leadership and team management skills
• Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities
• Ability to work in a fast-paced, high-energy environment
• Knowledge of food safety standards and regulations
• Basic proficiency with point-of-sale systems and inventory management
• Must be able to pass a background check
• Prolonged periods of standing
• Must be able to lift up to 50 lbs. with or without assistance

Responsibilities

• Manage daily concessions operations, including food preparation, inventory control, and staff supervision
• Ensure high standards of customer service and food quality are maintained at all times
• Coordinate staff schedules to ensure full weekend coverage and smooth operation
• Monitor sales, costs, and profitability to meet financial targets
• Maintain compliance with health and safety regulations and company policies
• Train and develop team members to deliver exceptional service
• Handle customer inquiries and resolve issues promptly and professionally
