About The Position
We are seeking a friendly, professional, and customer-focused Concierge / Front Desk Associate to serve as the first point of contact for guests, residents, or visitors. This role is responsible for delivering exceptional service, managing front desk operations, and ensuring a welcoming, safe, and organized environment.
Requirements
- MUST HAVE STRONG CUSTOMER SERVICE SKILLS, AS WELL AS THE ABILITY TO BE DIPLOMATIC IN ADVERSE CIRCUMSTANCES.
Responsibilities
- Greet guests, residents, and visitors in a warm, courteous, and professional manner
- Answer phone calls, emails, and inquiries promptly
- Provide information, directions, and assistance as needed
- Manage check-ins, check-outs, and visitor access (if applicable)
- Handle reservations, bookings, or service requests
- Coordinate with housekeeping, maintenance, security, or management
- Maintain accurate records and logs
- Monitor lobby/front desk area to ensure safety and organization
- Resolve guest concerns or escalate issues appropriately
- Assist with administrative tasks and special requests
