About The Position

The Concierge Male CNA / HHA provides premium, private-duty, white-glove care to clients who require a higher level of professionalism, discretion, and personal support. This role is ideal for a polished, service-oriented caregiver who understands the expectations of VIP clients, high-net-worth households, and individuals preferring a male aide for personal care, safety, mobility, or cultural reasons. This position blends clinical support, personal care, and lifestyle assistance with the elevated standards of concierge service.

Requirements

  • Active CNA License or HHA Certification (Florida-approved).
  • Minimum 1 year of experience—concierge, private duty, or VIP household preferred.
  • Strong physical ability to assist with mobility and transfers.
  • Professional appearance, excellent communication, and strong customer service skills.
  • Reliable transportation and willingness to travel within assigned service areas.

Nice To Haves

  • CPR Certification preferred.

Responsibilities

  • Deliver exceptional, discreet, and professional service tailored to client preferences.
  • Maintain a polished appearance, respectful communication, and impeccable boundaries.
  • Adapt to high-end household expectations, routines, and cultural considerations.
  • Assist with bathing, grooming, shaving, dressing, and hygiene with dignity and professionalism.
  • Provide safe support with mobility, transfers, ambulation, and repositioning.
  • Monitor skin condition and assist with preventative care as directed.
  • Support clients requiring a same-gender caregiver for personal or cultural comfort.
  • Observe and document changes in condition, behavior, intake/output, and safety concerns.
  • Measure and record vital signs as assigned.
  • Communicate promptly with the Care Team regarding changes or concerns.
  • Assist in reinforcing caregiver and family education per the Plan of Care.
  • Prepare and serve meals and snacks according to dietary needs.
  • Provide light housekeeping, laundry, and household organization.
  • Run errands, escort clients to appointments, and assist with social or recreational activities.
  • Maintain a clean, safe, and orderly environment following universal precautions.
  • Accurately record care notes using the EMR system.
  • Maintain strong, respectful communication with leadership, clinicians, and family members.
  • Support families by demonstrating safe techniques for lifting, transferring, and repositioning.
  • Adhere to all federal, state, and agency regulations.
  • Maintain confidentiality and uphold professional ethics at all times.
  • Participate in CEU and ongoing training required by the agency.
