The Service Concierge is responsible for the cleanliness of the customer lounge area, including the coffee and snack counter. Additionally, there should be regular conversational contact with waiting guests to see if there is any assistance or information needed. Morning duties involve stocking water in the refrigerator, creamer containers are full, coffee cups are stocked and coffee is prepared.

Requirements

  • Proven experience in customer service or relevant role is an advantage
  • Proficiency in English; multilingual is preferred
  • Excellent communication skills
  • Polite and confident with a great deal of patience
  • Ability in multitasking and time-management
  • Aptitude in resolving issues with a customer-focused orientation
  • High school diploma

Responsibilities

  • Keep the snack area clean.
  • Maintain a clean work area, creamer containers must be cleaned regularly of its debris.
  • Keep magazines and newspapers in an orderly fashion.
  • Ask the waiting customers at every clock hour “Would you like a bottle of water? “Would you like an update on your vehicle?” “Is there that I could get for you?”
  • Get the advisor or manager involved in any service issue or question.
  • Maintain a high level of cleanliness and grooming.
  • Follow the 10-5-First- Last and “My Pleasure” customer contact process
  • Arrive at work, take lunch, and depart work at the times designated by management.
  • Inform management of any situation or condition that would jeopardize the safety, welfare, or integrity of the dealership, its employees, or its customers.
  • Greeting customers

  • General Office & clerical duties
  • Assisting management as needed
