The Security Officer position helps maintain a safe and secure environment for our clients by actively monitoring the premises, including patrolling a variety of locations. They preserve order while enforcing regulations and directives for a client site pertaining to personnel, visitors, and the area. Frequently our Security Officers will provide customer service and information to a client’s employees and customers. Requirements

Polished, professional presence with a high-touch customer service mindset
Strong verbal communication and de-escalation skills (corporate/healthcare experience preferred)
Strong technology proficiency and ability to multitask across computer systems (required)
Confident using Outlook, Teams, and standard office applications
Comfortable with access control and visitor management systems
Able to monitor systems, document activity, and communicate in real time while managing walk-up traffic and phone calls
Strong written communication skills for incident reporting and daily activity logs
