Our receptionist / concierge is a key part of the resident services team, as well as serving an essential role in security and emergency response. The concierge is often the first point of contact for residents, their families, and guests visiting our community. We are seeking a new team member with strong organizational skills, a professional and courteous demeanor, and ability to remain calm and reliable under pressure and in emergency situations. This position is a part time non-exempt, 16 hour per week position. Regular work schedule will be two (2) 4pm-12am shifts per week, with the ability to cover 12am-8am shifts as needed. Lathrop Community’s concierge desk is staffed 24 hours a day, on day, evening, and overnight shifts. As a part-time concierge associate, holidays and weekends may be part of your scheduled shifts, and ability to work additional shifts to cover vacations and call-outs is required.
