Create emotional connections with guests by adhering to Westin and Marriott Brand Standards. Assist hotel guests in planning their vacation. Help guests with reservations and special needs. Assist service express with phone calls, amenities, and guest requests. Take In-Room Dining orders, arrange bell/valet, housekeeping, and engineering assistance. Manage all aspects of guests’ stay to Westin Brand Standards, solving problems and communicating feedback to the Manager on Duty. Provide detailed information about Hotel, Ski Area services, and surrounding communities in person and by phone.
