As a Concierge, you’ll be the go-to expert, curating personalized itineraries, and delivering impeccable service. Requirements

  • A deep understanding of Napa Valley, including its renowned wineries, restaurants, cultural attractions, and unique experiences
  • Familiarity with local events, festivals, and seasonal activities
  • Strong connections within the Napa Valley community, including relationships with local wineries, restaurants, tour operators, and other service providers
  • Ability to think quickly and creatively in response to guest inquiries, requests, or complaints, ensuring a seamless experience
  • Strong proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook)
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Ability to handle multiple tasks, prioritize effectively, and work under pressure
  • Strong organizational and time-management skills
  • Detail-oriented with a high degree of accuracy in work
  • A positive, professional demeanor with excellent customer service skills
  • Ability to sit for extended periods of time while working at a computer
  • Frequent use of hands and fingers for typing, data entry, and handling office equipment
  • Ability to occasionally stand, walk, bend, and reach
  • Ability to lift and/or move up to 10–15 pounds occasionally (files, office supplies)

Responsibilities

  • Curate personalized itineraries that showcase the best of Napa Valley
  • Build relationships with guests, understanding their preferences and delivering personalized service that goes above and beyond
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with local wineries, restaurants, and cultural establishments to ensure exclusive access and enhance the guest experience through personalized recommendations and tailored services
  • Connect guests with the best in dining, entertainment, and local culture, using your expert knowledge and insider access
  • Deliver exceptional service by anticipating guest needs and exceeding their expectations, ensuring every interaction is memorable
  • Coordinate exclusive services such as private tours, transportation, spa appointments, and reservations at Michelin-starred restaurants or VIP events
  • Collaborate with other hotel departments, including housekeeping, food and beverage, and management, to ensure every aspect of the guest experience is flawless
  • Upsell premium experiences, services, and amenities, enhancing guest satisfaction while contributing to hotel revenue
  • Ensure that every recommendation and service offered reflects the prestige and elegance of our hotels
