About The Position

Village at Triangle is seeking a friendly, professional, and reliable Concierge to join our team. The Concierge serves as the first point of contact for residents, guests, and vendors, helping create a welcoming and secure environment in the community. Schedule: Friday – Monday 3:00 PM – 8:00 PM If you enjoy working with people and creating a welcoming environment, we’d love to hear from you.

Requirements

  • Strong customer service and communication skills
  • Professional appearance and demeanor
  • Reliable and punctual
  • Ability to handle multiple tasks in a calm and organized manner

Nice To Haves

  • Previous concierge, front desk, or customer service experience preferred but not required

Responsibilities

  • Greet residents and visitors in a courteous and professional manner
  • Assist with resident inquiries and provide general information about the property
  • Monitor building entry and maintain security awareness
  • Receive and log packages and deliveries
  • Communicate with property management regarding any issues or concerns
  • Maintain a clean, organized front desk and lobby area
  • Provide excellent customer service to residents and guests
