About The Position

Forest Properties Management, Inc. seeks a Concierge for our Exo Astoria property located in Queens, NY. The Concierge is responsible for greeting residents and guests of the building, providing basic security services, and ensuring that property standards are maintained. A qualified candidate is someone with customer service experience, attention to detail, and excellent interpersonal skills.

Requirements

Ability to work Monday - Friday and weekends if needed for team coverage
Proactive and enthusiastic with previous customer service experience
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Incumbent must be able to provide eligibility to work in the USA upon hire.

Responsibilities

Maintain a welcoming and professional front desk environment.
Greet residents, verify all visitors, and respond to incoming phone calls.
Log all activity via online portal and manual book, including visitors, dog walkers, service providers; deliveries; incoming and outgoing mail, packages, and keys.
Light cleaning including wiping elevator and lobby surfaces (front desk, mirrors, doors; countertop in mail area); emptying trash can (lobby, roof, and sky lounge); pick up trash outside building; vacuuming (hallway, lobby, elevators).
Patrol common areas and view CCTV for incidents. Report any incidents to Property Management.
Report any maintenance issues or building malfunction to Superintendent.
Respond when fire alarm panel activates signal and log accordingly.
Adhere to and enforce all property policies and procedures.
Other duties as assigned.
