The Concierge serves as the first point of contact and initial ambassador to the community. By welcoming all who visit or call the community in a warm, helpful and competent manner, the Concierge plays a vital role in creating a positive first impression. The Concierge is responsible for facilitating communications for residents and staff. The Concierge respectfully interacts with all residents, family members, visitors, colleagues and staff. This is a safety sensitive position. It is understood that every incidental duty connected with operations listed in the job description is not always specifically described, and that employees, at the discretion of management, may be required to perform duties not within their job descriptions.
