About The Position
Do you like working hard, being outside, and seeing the results of your work every single day? Fox Cities Builders is looking for a Concrete Crew Member who’s ready to roll up their sleeves and be part of a crew that takes pride in doing it right the first time. From forming and pouring to finishing and clean-up, you’ll help build foundations, floors, and structures that literally support everything else.
Requirements
- Strong work ethic
- Ability to lift 75+ lbs
- Comfortable working outdoors in all weather
- Team-first mindset — no drama, just accountability
Nice To Haves
- Construction or concrete experience preferred
Responsibilities
- Work alongside an experienced team to form, pour, and finish concrete on commercial and agricultural projects.
- Operate tools and equipment, keep jobsites clean and safe, and help keep projects moving on schedule.
