What you will do: Assist the job foreman installing, repairing, or coating concrete areas. Be able to lift to 50 lbs. frequently throughout the day. Prepare surfaces for installation. Mix products to make repairs or installations. Operate power tools and equipment. Carry materials and equipment. Clean and maintain equipment and area. Hands on epoxy flooring work and repairs, and other varying concrete/trowel down systems. MUST be willing and able to work with epoxy products.

Requirements

• 1+ year(s) of concrete/epoxy finishing experience.
• Valid driver’s license and clean driving record (MUST be able to be cleared to drive a company vehicle).
• Must be willing to travel up to 80% of the time when local work is not available (4 weeks consecutively).
• When local work is available, be able to get to and from the jobsites on a daily basis (within a 60-mile radius of Youngstown, Ohio).
• Must pass pre-employment drug test and background screening.
• Authorized to work in the US.
• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Ability to endure extreme outdoor temperatures and weather conditions.
• Ability to communicate effectively through written correspondence and verbally in English.
