About The Position

Great Basin Staffing is seeking three experienced Concrete Finishers for a one-day indoor café project in Camas, WA. You’ll be working on approximately 5 yards of concrete, focusing on pour back and flatwork. A smooth finish is essential, so experience with hard trowel techniques and fine surface finishing is a must.

Requirements

• Proven experience as a concrete finisher with hard trowel and smooth finish techniques
• Experience with pour back and flatwork, ideally in indoor commercial or decorative spaces
• Ability to deliver high-quality finish on a tight schedule
• Reliable transportation for a one-day project and ability to follow jobsite safety protocols
• Authorized to work in the U.S.

Responsibilities

• Pour, screed, and finish 5 yards of concrete (pour back and flatwork)
• Use hard trowels to achieve smooth, high-quality interior finishes
• Work efficiently to complete finishing within the one-day project window
• Ensure concrete surfaces are level, smooth, and ready for the café’s final flooring requirements
• Coordinate closely with other trades on-site to ensure seamless project flow
• Maintain a clean and safe work area
