About The Position

We are looking for experienced concrete finishers and form setters. We’ve been in business for over 25 years. Opportunities for advancement in both position and pay are entirely based on individual effort and performance. Those who demonstrate skill, dedication, and a desire to grow can move up quickly. Our work is primarily located in the Kansas City metro area. Reliable transportation is necessary to travel to various job sites.

Requirements

• Must be able to read a tape measure
• Must be knowledgeable about ADA Compliance
• Must be able to lift 50 lbs or more daily
• ADA Compliance knowledge is a must
• Must have a Driver's License and own transportation
• Good attitude and self-motivated
• Must be on time every day
• Ability to think for themselves
• Must have a strong work ethic
• Ability to communicate and work well with others
• Ability to follow directions
• Construction Experience: 2 years (Required)
• Concrete Finishing/Form Setting: 2 years (Required)

Nice To Haves

• Osha 10 is a plus

Responsibilities

• Set concrete forms using a sledgehammer, impact driver, nail pouch, string lines, 6-8-10 square methods, set up and read a rotary laser
• Finish flat floors
• Stamp concrete
• Broom finish

• Gutter
