KEY ACTIVITIES Implement Suncore mission (Building a Better Community) and core values (We Value People, Our Word is Our Bond, Always Give a Full Measure, We Continuously Improve). Proficiently understand concrete pump operation to safely place concrete for customers jobsite. Safely drive concrete pump truck into and out of jobsite considering obstacles and site conditions. Clean all components of concrete pump truck and equipment to prevent concrete build-up. Inspect pump equipment before and after each use to identify, report any maintenance defects via site docs. Perform routine preventative maintenance tasks on pump truck. Assist in corrective maintenance on pump components (Coordinating, possibly performing labor). Assist in managing an inventory of pump components such as pump line, reducers, clamps, tremies, etc. Participate in daily morning meetings with team members. Communicate professionally with dispatch to ensure the most efficient scheduling possible.

Requirements

Strong leadership and communication skills.
Knowledge of concrete mixes and pumping techniques.
Knowledge of safety practices.
Strong mechanical aptitude.
Excellent hand-eye coordination and spatial awareness.
Valid CDL (preferred) with endorsements necessary to run a concrete pump truck.
Clean driving record.
Meaningful experience operating a pump truck.
Must be 18 years or older.
Documentation that proves eligibility to work in the U.S.
Attention and commitment to safety.
Ability to work well with others in a team environment.

Nice To Haves

Valid CDL (preferred) with endorsements necessary to run a concrete pump truck.
