About The Position

Preparing and applying a protective sealant to concrete surfaces, ensuring proper adhesion and coverage to protect the concrete from moisture, stains, and wear.

Requirements

• Minimum 2 years of recent verifiable experience.
• Must operate various hand and power tools related to concrete sealing.
• Must be able to work outside in varying weather conditions.
• Understanding of different types of concrete sealers and their applications.
• Follow safety protocols for working at heights, handling hazardous materials, and operating power tools.
• Ability to read and interpret project specifications.
• Knowledge of proper surface preparation techniques for concrete
• Must have appropriate identification for US employment.
• VALID DRIVER'S LICENSE IS REQUIRED
• MUST PASS E-VERIFY BACKGROUND CHECK (CASE BY CASE)

Responsibilities

• Thoroughly clean concrete surfaces using appropriate cleaning solutions to remove dirt, debris, and contaminants.
• Identify any cracks, imperfections, or damaged areas on the concrete surface that may need repair before sealing.
• Apply a primer coat to enhance the sealer's adhesion to the concrete.
• Choose the appropriate type of sealer based on the intended use of the concrete surface.
• Apply the concrete sealer evenly using rollers, sprayers, or brushes, ensuring full coverage.
• Monitor the application process to maintain a consistent application thickness and quality.
• Allow the sealer to dry completely according to manufacturer instructions.
• Properly clean and store application tools after completing the job.
