We are currently seeking an individual who wants to be part of the Kona Kai culture and serve with a purpose. As the Conference Service Manager you are the key liaison between the client and the hotel to provide execution and supervision of meeting and event banquet functions. This role is responsible for the planning, coordination, and execution of conferences, corporate meetings, and events. Additionally, this role serves as the primary point of contact for 30% of wedding clients, ensuring a seamless and personalized experience. This dual-function position requires exceptional organizational skills, attention to detail, and the ability to manage multiple events simultaneously while delivering outstanding service. This role as Conference Service Manager requires skills such as organization, detail orientation, a positive attitude, flexibility, and a genuine desire to take care of others.
