Requirements

  • Strategic planning and analytical capabilities
  • Excellent organizational, interpersonal, and administrative skills
  • Excellent written and verbal skills
  • Ability to professionally represent the resort and interact with guests in a polished, responsible, and timely manner
  • Proficiency and experience with Google Workspace and Microsoft Office
  • Experience with Opera, Salesforce is required

Nice To Haves

  • Prior experience in the luxury hospitality industry is preferred

Responsibilities

  • Coordinate all logistical details for conferences, meetings, and special events, ensuring seamless execution from planning through completion.
  • Serve as the primary liaison between clients and resort departments (catering, banquet, housekeeping, AV, and sales) to ensure event needs are clearly communicated and fulfilled.
  • Manage event timelines, room setups, catering orders, and audiovisual requirements to create smooth and memorable guest experiences.
  • Anticipate client and guest needs, resolve issues quickly, and provide attentive, high-level service throughout each event.
  • Monitor event operations on-site, making real-time adjustments to ensure events run efficiently and reflect the resort’s hospitality standards.
