This position will be based in Mounds View, MN. T his Configuration Assurance Administrator is responsible for coordinating and executing product labeling changes by managing approvals, releases, and configuration data while ensuring compliance with the Quality System. The position also serves as a Windchill subject matter expert and cross‑functional liaison, driving process improvements, stakeholder alignment, and the effective use of AI to improve efficiency and decision‑making.

Requirements

  • Requires 2+ years of project management experience with a High School Diploma or equivalent Or Bachelors with 0 years of experience.

Nice To Haves

  • Experience working in a medical device or other regulated environment.
  • Experience working with Product Life Management systems, such as, Windchill, MAP AGILE, Enovia or Documentum.
  • Strong detail-oriented work skills.
  • Easily adapt to multiple projects and shifts in priorities.
  • Proficient in common software packages (e.g., Word, Excel, Outlook, Adobe Reader).
  • Ability to work independently and with a team.
  • For Baccalaureate degrees earned outside of the United States, a degree that satisfies the requirements of 8 C.F.R. § 214.2(h)(4)(iii)(A) is required.

Responsibilities

  • Facilitate the timely change, approval, and release of product labeling deliverables to include generating part numbers and processing change requests, change notices, and design documents.
  • Implement and maintain a project intake and tracking system to manage and communicate project data and status to impacted stakeholders.
  • Lead and/or assist in the creation, maintenance, and implementation of department processes, procedures, work instructions, and job aids, as required, to demonstrate compliance and continuous improvement with the Quality System.
  • Be the Windchill expert for team members for consultation on issues arising from day-to-day operations, troubleshooting and problem solving.
  • Serve as a key liaison between CV Technical Communication and various Configuration Assurance resources across the organization and sites.
  • Use critical thinking to identify and understand problems and directly work with stakeholders across departments to build business support strategies and build process efficiencies.
  • Leverage the use of AI in daily work.
