MTSI is seeking a Configuration / Data Manager (CM/DM) to support an AFLCMC System Program Office (SPO). The manager will be responsible for establishing and managing the complete configuration baseline and data management processes for multiple platform systems and subsystems throughout their lifecycle. As the primary liaison for all CM/DM matters between the User community, the SPO, engineering, and relevant MAJCOMs, the manager will lead the program's change control process. They will manage the flow of information and proposed changes from stakeholders, ensuring all modifications are properly documented, reviewed, and dispositioned through a formal Configuration Control Board (CCB). The manager will be responsible for ensuring the weapon system's approved configuration is accurately reflected in all technical documentation, including engineering drawings, specifications, and technical manuals. This includes leading Functional and Physical Configuration Audits (FCA/PCA) to validate that the system's performance and documentation align with its established baseline. The manager will supervise the release of all approved engineering changes and technical data updates to the field and will oversee configuration status accounting to MTSI is seeking a Configuration / Data Manager (CM/DM) to support an AFLCMC System Program Office (SPO). The ideal candidate must have significant experience with USAF Configuration and Data Management principles and processes, including familiarity with relevant standards and technical data (EIA-649, MIL-HDBK-61, AFI 63-101, etc.). They must be able to communicate effectively to enable the successful execution of the SPO’s mission. The individual will work within highly classified workspaces (Top Secret (TS) Special Access Program (SAP) and Sensitive Compartmentalized Information (SCI) environments) daily and must have experience working with SAP and other highly classified documents.
