About The Position
Our client is seeking a skilled Conflicts Attorney to join our team in a direct-hire, hybrid capacity . This role plays a critical part in protecting the firm’s ethical integrity by identifying, analyzing, and resolving potential conflicts of interest across a broad range of matters and practice areas. The ideal candidate brings strong analytical judgment, a deep understanding of professional responsibility rules, and prior experience within a law firm conflicts or compliance environment. This position offers flexibility with a hybrid schedule and may sit in any of the following office locations: - Baltimore, MD - Boston, MA - Wayne, PA - Chicago, IL - Fort Lauderdale, FL - Los Angeles, CA - Irvine, CA - Miami, FL - Harrisburg, PA - New York, NY - Philadelphia, PA - Pittsburgh, PA - Princeton, NJ - Newark, NJ - Washington, D.C. - Wilmington, DE - Minneapolis MN - West Palm Beach, FL This is an excellent opportunity for a detail-oriented attorney who thrives in a collaborative, fast-paced environment and values both autonomy and cross-functional partnership with firm leadership, attorneys, and risk management teams. #LAT
Requirements
- Must live in local to one of the location listed above upon application
- Must be comfortable with a 4+4 hybrid schedule (Remote Wednesday’s + 4 additional days per month)
- Completed Juris Doctorate degree
- Active and in good standing with the bar (any state)
- 1+ years as a Conflicts Attorney
