RESPONSIBILITIES Campus Vision & Engagement Execute the church’s vision across all online campus connection points, including social media engagement, first-time guests, small groups, and next-step pathways. Assist in the overall leadership of the online campus by fostering connection and discipleship through small groups, volunteer teams, and community engagement. Volunteer Leadership Lead and develop volunteer teams responsible for online engagement during live experiences. Ensure effective follow-up with individuals interested in connecting to the church and help integrate them into the online campus community. Next Steps & Discipleship Pathways Oversee the connections process for the online campus, ensuring clear pathways for individuals who make decisions for Christ. Create systems that help people take next steps in their faith, including baptism and joining small groups. Communication Strategy Develop and execute multi-channel communication strategies that support campus-wide initiatives and engagement. Utilize digital platforms and messaging systems to keep the online campus informed, connected, and engaged. Systems & Infrastructure Implement and maintain standard operating systems, cultural expectations, volunteer leadership structures, and financial viability within the area you help lead. Build and maintain systems that support connection, engagement, and spiritual growth across the online campus. DAY-TO-DAY We’re a Sunday-Thursday work environment . Monday-Thursday, we’re in the office (8:30AM - 5PM); on Sunday, we’re supporting the weekend worship experience either directly in our roles or by choosing a weekly serving opportunity at one of our Elevation Church campuses. There’s a lot to accomplish each week, so we’re pretty fast-paced. We’re also not afraid to pivot a strategy or project quickly to meet the needs of the weekend - adaptability is a key competence for us. Yes, we work hard. But we’re good at playing hard, too. We’re a creative staff, so there’s no shortage of activities around our offices to have some fun ! You can’t help but grow on our staff. You’ll be around some incredible people. Professional development opportunities will be all around you , both in structured and unstructured ways. We expect you to be disciplined in your spiritual practices - be in your Bible, spend time with the Lord in prayer, meditate on and apply the weekly sermon. Bring your full self to every project, conversation, and initiative at hand.

Requirements

  • Active participation in a church (we look for a lifestyle of inviting people to church, volunteering, generosity, and prioritizing community)
  • Passion for discipleship and connecting people into a community
  • Strong networking and relational skills with the ability to execute on initiatives
  • Ability to take initiative and make sound, critical decisions under pressure
  • Team player with excellent communication skills
  • Strong analytical thinking and problem-solving capabilities
  • High attention to detail and strong time-management skills
  • Proficiency with Google Suite and social media platforms
  • Passion for building systems and using data to inform decision-making
  • Flexibility and availability to travel regularly

Nice To Haves

  • Experience working in a non-profit environment or ministry setting
  • Customer service experience
  • High-level experience in data management
  • Background in Communications or Marketing
