About The Position

As a Connectivity Engineer at Hologic, you’ll play a vital role in remotely supporting healthcare customers, focusing on the functionality and interoperability of networked medical devices. Use diagnostic tools to resolve technical problems and perform root cause analysis. Deliver prompt, high-quality support to customers and colleagues. Own Your Cases: Take responsibility for escalated cases, keep stakeholders informed, and drive resolutions. Escalate complex issues to appropriate expert resources and management as needed. Collaborate & Communicate: Work closely with teammates and customers to resolve issues. Participate in technical discussions during customer meetings. Requirements
