Our vision is to empower patient safety - anytime, anywhere. We are seeking a Connectivity Support Engineer to advance medical device connectivity for our monitoring solutions. In this highly cross‑functional, customer‑facing role, you will gather and synthesize connectivity needs directly from customers, assess interoperability with multi‑parameter monitors (MPMs) and EMR systems, and validate real‑world connectivity across diverse hospital environments. This position blends technical curiosity, strong communication skills, and hands‑on testing. Success in this role requires the ability to learn quickly, communicate clearly, and build strong working relationships with hospital staff and internal stakeholders.
