Ackerman Plumbing is seeking an experienced and driven Construction Administrator to support the operational backbone of our construction production team. This role is responsible for project setup, system integrity, pay application preparation, and production reporting, ensuring seamless coordination between Preconstruction, Operations, and Accounting. The Construction Administrator maintains disciplined project data within Procore and Sage Intacct, helping ensure projects are properly structured from turnover through execution. Our projects range from hospitals and hotels to educational institutions and museums, consistently setting industry standards for quality and reliability. The Construction Administrator is a critical operational role responsible for maintaining project system integrity and supporting production reporting across the construction department. This role ensures proper project setup, alignment of job cost structures, and accurate documentation within Procore and Sage Intacct. By maintaining disciplined project data and documentation, the Construction Administrator ensures alignment between Preconstruction, Operations, and Accounting. This is not a clerical position. The role requires commercial construction knowledge, strong system expertise, and the ability to support leadership with accurate production reporting and documentation.
