Requirements

  • Experience in the construction industry or with construction clients
  • 2+ years in a customer-facing or account management role
  • Strong communication and organizational skills
  • Ability to prioritize tasks and handle multiple client accounts
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office and CRM software
  • Must be located in or willing to commute to Phoenix, AZ

Responsibilities

  • Act as the primary point of contact for new and existing clients in the construction industry
  • Develop a deep understanding of client needs, ensuring satisfaction and ongoing support
  • Coordinate with internal teams to ensure the timely delivery of services and problem resolution
  • Identify opportunities to upsell or cross-sell services to existing clients
  • Maintain regular contact and follow-up to ensure long-term client relationships
  • Generate reports on client engagement and retention metrics
  • Attend local events or jobsite meetings when needed to strengthen relationships
