White Construction is seeking a Contract Administrator to provide support to our project managers and superintendents. Knowledge of construction terminology, contract administration procedures and workflow a plus. The Contract Administrator will provide the execution and compliance of contracts, subcontracts, change orders, purchase orders, RFC's, RFI's, submittal logs, close out documents and other documents related to the construction process for multiple projects. This position works closely with and must have the ability to communicate effectively both orally and in writing with owners, architects, subcontractors and vendors. Additional responsibilities include clerical and administrative tasks and involvement in marketing and business development. Superior organizational skills and attention to detail are a must.
