Responsibilities

• Assist in overseeing daily construction site operations
• Support the coordination of subcontractors, materials, and equipment
• Monitor project progress and help ensure quality and safety standards are met
• Communicate with crew members and management to keep the project on track
• Maintain clean and organized work areas
• Learn how to read blueprints, schedules, and safety plans
