Responsibilities
- Supervise and coordinate daily activities of field crews
- Manage job site operations for civil and concrete work
- Read and interpret blueprints and project plans
- Ensure safety standards and quality workmanship are maintained
- Coordinate materials, equipment, and schedules with management
