About The Position

Reybold is a growing Construction and Property Management Company seeking a entry-level Laborer to join our Constructions Operations Team. In the role of a Construction Laborer, you will be responsible to safely and efficiently perform any combination of tasks related to heavy site work to earthwork, sewer installation/repair, E&S control, paving, and site utility work as necessary for a variety of construction projects.

Requirements

• Have a minimum one to three years related experience
• Possess a current and valid driver’s license with clean driving record
• Be able to effectively receive and follow direction
• High School Diploma or equivalent preferred
• Company issued OSHA 10 Training a must
• Bilingual (English/Spanish) a plus
• Ability to perform manual labor in all types of environments and conditions, including heavy lifting (more than 50 lbs.)

Responsibilities

• Tasks in connection with the installation of drainage, sewer and/or water pipelines or conduits such as positioning, joining, and sealing pipe sections and culverts and erecting and removing shoring and bracing for trenches and excavations
• Dig trenches and similar excavations, refills excavations, spreads, and levels to grade dirt, gravel and other materials using pick and shovel
• Set and repair curbing, patch broken or eroded pavement and maintain roadways and sidewalks in a safe condition
• Tasks in connection with snow removal and ice control work.
• Additional projects as assigned.
