Marsh is looking for an Analytics and Growth Analyst in our Construction practice. This position will be based in Chicago, Atlanta, Dallas, Miami or NYC. Flexible work opportunities for work/life balance We will count on you to: Support the Construction Analytics & Growth Leader to deliver insightful data analytics that drive strategic growth initiatives across the US Construction team with additional coordination across our global team. Analyze and interpret complex construction industry data to identify emerging trends, market opportunities, and client needs. Develop and tailor innovative, data-driven solutions that address client challenges and support business growth across the US Construction practice. Be organized, managing multiple deadlines and leading follow up when needed to drive execution of business strategies and initiatives. Support efforts to design and implement strategies that mitigate risks associated with construction projects, leveraging analytics and industry best practices. Monitor industry developments, regulatory changes, and technological advancements to inform proactive risk management and growth strategies. Partner with cross-functional teams to enhance project outcomes and client satisfaction. Support continuous improvement by identifying gaps in data, business processes, and client solutions, and proposing enhancements. What you need to have: Bachelor's degree required & P&C license, or ability to obtain Minimum of 5 years’ of commercial P&C insurance coverage experience in a risk management or brokerage capacity. Working knowledge of insurance coverages is required. What makes you stand out: Master's degree or other advanced degree. CPCU, ARM or other insurance designations a plus. Excellent analytical, project management and problem-solving skills. All Marsh colleagues are expected to be in their local office or working onsite with clients at least three days per week. Office-based teams will identify at least one “anchor day” per week on which their full team will be together in person. The applicable base salary range for this role is $72,500 to $154,300. The base pay offered will be determined on factors such as experience, skills, training, location, certifications, education, and any applicable minimum wage requirements. Decisions will be determined on a case-by-case basis. In addition to the base salary, this position may be eligible for performance-based incentives.
