Construction Laborer and (CDL) Driver
About The Position
We are seeking a dependable, safety-focused Laborer & CDL Delivery Driver to support our field operations and job sites. This role is ideal for someone who enjoys variety in their day — splitting time between hands-on labor in the field and transporting materials, equipment, and supplies to and from job sites. What You'll Do Deliver materials and equipment to job sites safely and on schedule. Load, unload, and properly store construction materials. Assist with general labor tasks including site prep, cleanup, and demolition. Operate hand tools, power tools, and light equipment as needed. Maintain a safe, organized job site and follow all company safety procedures. What Success Looks Like The ideal candidate is dependable, physically capable, safety-minded, and comfortable working both independently and as part of a crew. A strong work ethic and positive attitude are essential.
Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Minimum one (1) year general experience at a construction company
- Current Colorado issued Class A CDL license
Nice To Haves
- Five (5) or more years general experience at a construction company with hands on carpentry or erection experience
- OSHA or CPR/First Aid Certifications
