About The Position

Wilson Engineers is an Arizona-based firm with a staff of more than 200+ personnel specializing in water and wastewater engineering and construction management services. We are dedicated to delivering ethical, reliable, high quality services to our clients based on innovation, while sustaining a challenging and rewarding work environment for our greatest assets, our employees. We are seeking an experienced Job Title} to join our team. This position requires 40 hours per week in our Tempe office. (This job is not remote.)

Requirements

  • Associate degree (or higher) in a related field from an accredited institution preferred.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) required; familiarity with tools such as AutoCAD, Microsoft Project, or Primavera P6 software is a plus.
  • Strong attention to detail, analytical skills, and ability to document project progress effectively.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Ability to thrive in a team-based environment while managing tasks independently with guidance.
  • Proactive and self-motivated individual, able to meet challenging time constraints
  • A valid driver’s license may be required for travel to field sites.

Nice To Haves

  • familiarity with tools such as AutoCAD, Microsoft Project, or Primavera P6 software is a plus.

Responsibilities

  • Assist with construction management tasks on multiple projects, including preconstruction services, and construction administration.
  • Assist with and perform field inspections, collect test data, and provide support for civil, mechanical, electrical, or instrumentation construction activities.
  • Assist with reviewing submittals, RFIs, and engineering directives/clarifications.
  • Support construction managers with monitoring project schedules, tracking milestones, and reporting progress.
  • Prepare meeting agendas, schedule meetings, and document meeting minutes accurately.
  • Support key construction project documentation management.
  • Coordinate with sub-consultants, contractors, and utility providers to help advance project goals.
  • Support the preparation, organization, and review of daily, weekly, and monthly reports, and other project documents.
  • Collaborate effectively with internal teams, including engineering staff, inspection staff, and administrative staff.
  • Communicate clearly with project stakeholders, including clients, consultants, and team members.
